Hi Troy,
I went to the weather site and had to put in the name of my city instead
of the Zip Code. Once there, I found it easiest to press the letter H
to get to the general weather forecast information. After reading the
general forecast, tab to your city. Press the letter x to get into the
text of the forecast. You can simply arrow down through each line or
use the read-to-end hot key, control-shift-r. If you wish to jump
quickly to the 7-day forecast, press the letter h to get to that
heading. Again, use the down arrow to read by line or the read-to-end
hot key. I am using the beta2 on a Windows7 computer and IE9.
