First, Web Visum works well most of the time, it's designed to be
accessible and it is. The only CAPTCHAs it doesn't identify is those
that my sighted wife can't read either - ~Facebook gets too smart for
it own good sometimes for example.
Simon, I expect you've tried disabling Java Script when this happens
to you. It often stops that mad reloading, but not always I grant
you. Worth a try though.
