Hello Troy,
GW Micro have been helpful in this area.
They have put some specific words in the header which you need to set as a
condition in the rule for rather than those you have tried.
They are:
X-List-Name: gw-info
That should do it.

Subject: problems creating rule for this list
Good afternoon,
I'm trying to create a rule for this list so that all messages can go into
the gwmicro folder I've created so that I can read the messages all at once
rather than have them scattered about in my inbox.
I created a rule to say where the to line then added the list email, there
is a majority of the list messages that now are going to my gwmicro folder
but there's still a lot that are not getting through the filter, so I looked
and I saw where a lot of people were including the list email in the cc
field so I modified the rule to to set it to both cc and to fields then
included the [email protected] and it's still not working. Any other ideas
I can try to make sure all messages are going to my new folder?
I'm using outlook express to do this.
Thanks!
