Hi Folks:
Hoping that a few on this list are familiar with the Braillenote Apex, I
have a question.
Recently, a client of mine passed away and his Wife would like to have
his personal files removed from the BrailleNote Apex before giving the
unit back to his former Employer. She also would like to Braille files
converted to Word or Text files enabling her to read them. I am quite
familiar with the BrailleNote products; however, I've got a real problem
here. None of the files seem to be displaying properly when loaded in
to the Apex and the same is true when the files are converted via the
Apex to either Word or Text file formats. I've tried loading some of my
own BrailleNote files on this Apex and they display perfectly.
Does anyone on the list have a suggestion as to how I can resolve this
problem? These files cover a span of a few years and display basically
the same formatting issues.
Any help would be appreciated all over the place. It would mean a lot
to the ladie to access these files.
