Greetings The problem I was having reading screens with the mouse hotkeys is related to the mouse boundary rotor. In the olden days my versions of WE default to the active window. With the beta it appears that the desired default is focused window. Changing it to active window allows me to read the screens with the mouse hotkeys again.
