alt t for tools, then a for add-ons manager, then tab to listbox that says extensions, then tab and your add-ons are there. Btw, if it's helpful to anyone, there is an add-on that makes the add-ons manager in it's own separate dialogue window so it's not just mixed up with tabs in the browser. I like it separated, that's just me though, just type add-ons manager dialog into the search or google it.
