I recently ran into this and had helpfrom Raul Gallegos to fix it. If
you check the hot key for help, it may say it's control-shift-slash
instead of control-shift-question. While this is the same key press, it
makes a difference. Once you highlight the hot key you want defined and
you hit the keys you want used, hit the control and shift and slash or
question key. If it comes up saying control-shift-question, you're in.
Just save it. He didn't know why this matters, but it fixed it for me.
