sorry if this goes to wrong place. Thought to contact support, but GW
Micro closes the company on the weekend.
i'm a new user of window eyes. So, my friend told me to use remote
assistant in window eyes so he can teach me. but, when trying it, it got
this message:
"Error <10060> connecting socket.
str:
1. for me, i'll press alt+h in the wineyes" window to open help menu.
2. press r
To go to remote assistant pull down.
3. press right arrow to go in there. choose the ask for help menu.
4. press enter. tab to "send help request" button and enter.
5. now, i'll give the password to my friend. when he press the ok
button, i'll tab and press the connect button.
6. After a few seconds, my friend's computer said, "window-eyes remote
assistant full screen".
but, mine it said,
"Error <10060> connecting socket. ok button"
and when i press the ok button, the dialog closes and no connections are
made between us.
Any solution?
