try turning off the insert enhanced app. there are too many bugs in it. many times w e will not save certain hot keys and settings. with windows 8 i can not open the sys tray dialog because w e’s insert a and insert s both turn speak all on and off. insert s will not bring up the sys tray until i unloaded this app. i could not save changes for the hot key read to end either.
