Hi, Christo.
Try closing Outlook, uninstalling the Outlook Enhance app, re-installing
the Outlook Enhanced app, and re-opening Outlook. If the problem
continues, you might investigate disabling your virus scanner to see if
that makes any difference.
Thanks,
Aaron

Hello GW Micro staff
Could you help, please? When I opened my newly installed and set up
Outlook 2010, I assume the Outlook Enhance app was trying to set up
things so that messages could be virtualised and all those good
things, but I got the following error:

Is there something I could do to fix this, please?
Kind regards
