While there are definitely differences in the UI and there are a few small
issues, the new iTunes works fairly well with Window-Eyes. It appears the
list view no longer exists unless you have your view set to songs. The
initial Album view is in a grid. This grid can be navigated with the Left
and Right Arrow keys. Once you are on an album in the grid view, you can
press Tab to get to the list box of songs where you can Up and Down Arrow to
different songs.

To get the sidebar back, you can press Control-S. This is similar to the
Library tree view in iTunes 10 and you can press F6 until you eventually
reach the Sidebar. Without the Sidebar turned on, you can switch between
music, podcasts, and more by pressing Enter on a button that brings up a
list.

As mentioned on the list, the menu system does not speak when you press Alt,
but all of the items within each menu speak. For those who want to try it,
the menus are as follows:

File - F

Edit - E

View - V

Controls - C

Store - S

Help - H

We have reported this and several other issues to Apple.

As noted, we are working heavily on Window-Eyes 8, so we have not had a
great deal of time to look at iTunes 11 in its entirety yet, but it does not
appear to have significant issues. Window-Eyes is still the only screen
reader for the PC recommended by Apple for iTunes and we know that they are
using Window-Eyes to test iTunes. We have had reports that other screen
readers are having issues, but we have not confirmed those reports.

I hope that helps!
