Hi Ivan,

Here's some instructions I got from the web, I hope it works for you.

1. Go to start, and press tab once.
2. Arrow down until you hear, default programmes and press enter.
3. now tab to the link that says, set program access and computer default. Press
enter on that.
4. Tab until you hear, custom rradio button check. Press spacebar on that.
5. Now tab along the menu until you hear Use my current media player radio
button
check, and spacebar on that.
6. Tab again until you find winamp radio button, and press spacebar on that as
well.
7. Finally, tab to the OK button, and wait a while for windows to set your
default
media player. Now you should have winamp as the default, no matter which version
of winamp you are using.
Note: you can also do the same to set your default browser or email client if
you
wish.

Scott.

  Subject: Winamp default

I am running Windows 7 and Office 2010. Windows Media is currently my
default program but I should like to make Winamp the default. Can I do that
and, if so, how?
  Thanks
  Ivan Cribb
