I have Windows Vista and WE 7.2. When I came to the next step in the process where I was to put in my debit card info and submit the info, The page started to refresh itself. I know I had the other info there such as my name, address, and phone number. At the point where I was supposed to put in my debit card info and send, The page started to refresh.
