Hi, I have Windows Vista and WE 7.2. Last Saturday I went to the St. Cloud Metro bus web site to order two passes for our dial-a-ride service and was unsuccessful because the page seemed to be refreshing itself. I went to the same web site yesterday afternoon and doing a lot of down-arrowing and tabbing, I was finally successful in ordering the 2 dial-a-ride passes I needed. I have ome question. What would cause a web page to refresh itself one time and not do it the next. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
