Is this the same for us guys using LTO copies of window-eyes? I did see
that the russian and spanish versions of the vocalizer voices were
available but I didn't see any others. can the American and british
english voices be bought online through you guys too?

Yes. Current Software Maintenance Agreement owners will always receive
CDs of newly released major versions. It's one of the advantages of
owning an SMA.
