With IE9, all I can read with the mouse cursor is the title bar and the
notification
questions, such as save? or would you like to make IE your default
browser. Once
in a while, if it feels like it, I might see one of those page blocked
or allow this
page messages, but there is no information that relates to what is
actually on the
web page.
