Well, I suppose the gremlins got it because it simply is not there. I
will download it again. The only we8 anything I have are the two beta
files. Thank you to all for your help.

The name of the file should be we80_upgrade.exe. Note that if you
retrieved it with IE 9/10 or Firefox, you can press Control-J from
within said browser to open a list of your most recent downloads. From
there, you should be able to locate the file and begin the
installation by pressing Enter.

Since I downloaded it yesterday, I do not remember what it was called. I
know I saved the file in my user folder. I have looked for 8 and we and
wineyes anc still can not find anything that would look like an upgrade
file. I have sorted my files to show the newest modified files first.
I have done the same with my downloads folder, although I am positive I
checked the destination before downloading the file. Please, can
someone tell me the name of the mystery file. Thank you.
