Go ahead and install the upgrade now, and when the cd arrives in
the mail, you'll have it if you need it for whatever reason. you won't
need to re-install it when the cd arrives either, what you get on the CD
is exactly what you get from the downloaded upgrade file.

completely remove your current version of Window-eyes and once that is
all removed.
Then put in the disk and install the new version.
