Yep, you can mix and match standard and premium voices, so give it a shot.

Thanks for the information. But I do have one question. Can I mix and match the
standard in premium voices? For example I prefer the Australian voice in the
standard quality but the English US Tom in higher-quality.

You can download as many as you're licensed to have, for example if you have
the English voices, you can download American English Samantha, Jill, Tom,
british English Daniel, Serena, Australian English Lee and Karen, and an
English voice with an indian acsent as well, whose name I can't remember at the
moment. The other thing that's kind of cool is that you can download each of
the voices in either standard or premium versions. So if you've got a super
fast machine and a fast connection you can get the premium voices and they'll
sound great. You get 2 versions of each voice if you go premium too. you get
premium, and premium high. I haven't been able to tell that much of a
difference but the point is they sound really good!
and if you decide to go standard, you get standard and standard high as well.
It's really up to you.

I have purchased the English vocalizer voices just today.
Now since there is three of them tom Samantha and the Jill.
Can we down load and use all three or?
Can only tom and Samantha be down loaded and used?
And also how do you make sure you get the high quality voices and not the small
standard ones?
