GWMicro has to pay for the licenses. They now include DeckTalk and Eloquence
that they have to pay fees for. So they will be replacing DeckTalk with the
vocalizers voices for new users. So no one is being cheated, everyone has
two synthesizers included in their copy of WE. So if you wish to have a
third synthesizer you have to pay for it.
