Try pressing alt+V to call up the View menu. Arrow down to normal or print layout and if neither is checked pick one and press the enter key.

It seems to only be focusing on the top line of the document. When I go to the bottom and hit the down arrow it reads the top line. It's doing it to all my documents. Any ideas what it could be?
