uh, what are the specs on your system. a crash can be caused by so many things. if you don't have the resources to run all that you're running, then that might be an issue. skype, if I recall, takes a lot of ram up, unless you're using gwconnect. luckily window-eyes takes up a small footprint, right now the wineyes.exe process on my system is taking up...lets see, 149.22 mb. I've got 16gb on this system, so it's all relative. maybe that helps a bit? Hell even I get crashes, sometimes the thing just refuses to respond, but I have found that either launching nvda as a backup can help get you out of luke warm water, or even just waiting a bit. And trust me, patience is not a virtue I possess in significant amounts. hth

Hi,
this is not specific to that browser i'm using.. it's a global issue! sometimes crash in explorer, sometimes i'm not doing, want to accept files from my friend via skype, then it crashes etc. so, this is not related to browsers. maybe it could crash in ie and ff too. and the crash is very bad, it locks my keyboard, speech! can't recover manually,
need to restart the pc (by pressing the recet button).
and i'm noticing this since version 7.11 (7.11 is the first version i'm using)!
any help would be appreciated

Amir,

What if you use the standard version of Internet Explorer? The element properties dialog is available only in IE, Firefox, and some Office applications.

Hi,
just now i was browsing the web with WebbIE, an accessible browser for
the blind. So, i want to bring the page navigation dialog with
insert+tab, and then it crashes (wineyes and the pc). during that tie
i'm playing song on winamp, and i'm having conversation with my friend
on skype. and guess what? the playback (winamp) stops and the
conversations ended. the keyboard was locked, and i'm screwed! can't do
anything, shift 5 times for sticky keys didn't work! so, just use turn
off the pc (switch off) and then turn it on again. so, please, i'm
totaly frustrated with this, and i need wineyes! please, resolve this
issue, because it not occured in this situations, but in others too! if
it can be fixed then it would be worth buying wineyes 8.
