This has been happening more frequently since the debut of 8.0 . When I boot
the
computer, I hear the event sound for the log in screen and window eyes
never
comes up. So I type in my password, hit enter and I don't even hear the
little event sound that I assume means log in was successful. So I give
it
some time, but window eyes never comes up at all. I've tried hitting the
windoweyes hot key to bring it up, nothing At this point seems to work. I
tried alt F-4, arrowed down once to shut down. I can't shut it down with
out having to hold the button in till it shuts off.
Vista 32 bit home premium.
