I didn't get any answers to my first post so I thought I would try again. Does any one know how to correct the message status in outlook 2010?

I have noticed that the status of messages is not reporting correctly. I can forward a message and WE tells me that I have replied to it. That is not right. How do I fix this? I do use the high contrast black color scheme is that the problem for the graphics? Do I have to find these icons and re label them or is this handled in that mail headings stuff in the Outlook enhanced app?
