Does anyone have any suggestions for what I have going on with my computer?
I'm not swure if it's just a window-eyes problem or something else. The main problem I have is that I can no longer use my numpad keyboard as a "mouse. This happens in all applications. I can not move beyond even one line. When using Outlook Express to send this message, I used to get the message for each field "to", "c.c.", and "subject". Now, when I tab through these fields, I just get the message "rich edit. I tried installing all factory set files, but that doesn't seem to do anything. I had a problem where the screen shrank down to about half size, and I needed sighted help to get things back to normal there for a sighted user. However, the keyboard problem still persists.
