Well, I cannot help you with your first problem, but as for Learning Ally, I also cannot log in with IE9, but I can with Firefox. The only thing is that when I enter my username and password, firefox pops up a message asking me whether I want to allow a redirect. I have to use the mouse pointer to click the Allow button. If I could just fix that permanently I'd be happy. But at least I can log on with that.
