Hello, After about a month of renewing my license for Window-eyes, I'm having deep concerns regarding the following: every other day when I launch WinEyes, I'm presented with various app errors, to the point to where I need to "Hard shutdown" my home and school computers. This is becoming more than just a nuiseence since one pays for a product that should not act up a lot. My question is: is there a way to remedy this app issues I'm currently experiencing, other than uninstalling and reinstalling Window-Eyes? The apps that constantly get affected are apps such as the GWToolkit app, along with the VBS app, keys and such? Basically, I'm almost to the point to where I am regretting the purchase of my upgrade license to run WinEyes. Any thoughts would very much be appreciated. On my school laptop, I'm running windows 7 64Bit pro and my home pc is running Windows 7 64Bit Ultimate. Thanks and hope your holiday festivities are going well.
