I'm not seeing any of these problems. Although there was a problem with
the App central site a few days ago. But I just downloaded an app
directly from the site, and then installed another from AppGet with no
problem.
And I haven't had any app errors or seen any problems in the Window-Eyes
control panel.
So perhaps it's time for a fresh install if you've received your
Window-Eyes 8 CD. Backup your profile folder if you want to restore
dictionaries. But I wouldn't restore anything other than those, at least
for a while to see if the clean install solves your problems.
