I have not found a good way to manipulate the "Dynamics" plug-in. I can adjust
most parameters and can pick from presets, but I had to use an Optacon
on the graph to try to set up this plug-in to expand instead of compress.
Since presets can be saved, I am guessing that values that are set using the
envelope are likely saved somewhere, but I have not found them nor do I know if
they can be manipulated. Have you guys done anything in this area?
There are usually alternatives to the envelope graph that, while not as
precise, allow one to mostly do what needs to be done, but I don't see a way
within
the dynamics plugin to do much with expanding without manipulating the
envelope. I have no idea if an app could deal with this or not without more
knowledge of whether API's exist.

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson
