Is anyone else using a browser to read books from bookshare? If so, I'd like to
hear from you. In reading a specific book, Window-Eyes first worked
wonderfully; and then, it didn't. It happened about the time WE8.0 arrived, but
I'm not sure that change had anything to do with what I'm now experiencing.

Formerly,I was able to read a file named

C:\Backup From Source\Storage\Roy\Library Temp
Storage\BOOKS\bookshare\Economics\Free Trade Under
Fire\Free_Trade_Under_Fire.xml

using IE8 as a browser with facility. The links all worked including the one
which allowed me to go to footnotes at a remote location and return to the
place from which I had come..

That ease of use is no longer available. In trying to explain what has
happened, I notice the address of the file has changed from the one given above
to something like that shown below following the use of one of the available
links:

file:///C:/Backup%20From%20Source/Storage/Roy/Library%20Temp%20Storage/BOOKS/bookshare/Economics/Free%20Trade%20Under%
 20Fire/Free_Trade_Under_Fire.xml#chapter04-fnpage_106

Does anyone "working through the Holidays" know how to deal with this?

All comments would be appreciated.
