Mark: I live in New Zealand - cd not arrived yet. A disrupted postal service due to the Christmas break, but shipping started about two weeks before the holiday season.
Given advances in software distribution, I am wondering whether GW should offer the option of dispensing with physical cds, and enabling online downloads once the serial number and purchase status have been confirmed.
