They're program specific hot keys defined using program scope within the associated set files, e.g. Word2010.set. If you open Word about half of them should be defined. Outside of office you'll be looking within the currently associated (active) set file. So none of them other than the Outlook calendar will be defined because that is a global hot key, which makes it visible within all set files.
