I'm not sure why you are making such a presumption. It sounds to me like he has inadvertently changed one of his settings. His complaint is that he is having to turn Browse mode on, presumably when he wants it to be on by default. Unless I am also mistaken, when he says "MSAA mode," he means Browse mode. It has been a while since I've heard the term "MSAA mode" so maybe I have forgotten what it means.
If my understanding is correct, Andre might try going into the Window-Eyes Control Panel, General/Other and tab over to the Browse mode Radio button and set it to "ON" and then save his settings. If my understanding is backward, he can just change the radio button to "OFF" and save his settings. I'm using the Window-Eyes 8.0.0 Control Panel as a reference, but I don't believe this was changed between 7.5 and 8.0.0. HTH.
