there is a preview all button at the bottom of the table of songs on the
album or ep or whatever. I'm not sure how you preview individually
though. I think Apple broke this in terms of accessibility in iTunes 11
as I could do it in iTunes 10. May I kindly and actively encourage you
to write to Apple Accessibility at

so they are aware of this.
