redefine the hot keys then you won't have the conflicts with your email packages. most all use the same shift control r for reply to all. the same w e uses for read to end. i changed my keys to shift control enter 15 years ago because of these conflicts with udora,outlook express,outlook, windows mail and now with windows live mail. all use shift control r to reply to all.
