Hi Michael,
I would uninstall the vocalizer voices that are not showing up,
reboot the computer,
and then reinstall them.
Good luck,
Manny

Hi. I already sent a message to Bob Jutzi concerning this problem, however,
I thought I'd throw these issues to you as well, grin.
Last evening I decided to uninstall and reinstall Window-eyes 8.0.0 because
somehow things became corrupted. My Outlook 2010 title bar and numbers were
reading differently. Removing and reinstalling Window-eyes corrected the
issues. However, I lost my Vocalizer voices. So, I tried running the
executables of the English voices. None of the voices show in the Vocalizer
list except for Tom standard, compact and premium. I thought redownloading
and reinstalling the voices would help. I still have only the Tom voices
showing in the list. Also, the site went down during the download of
Scottish English Fiona. Even rerunning the authorization key didn't help.
Thanks.

Hi,
I would reboot the computer.
If that does not fix the problem, then I would reinstall the license.
Good luck,
Manny

purchased the English Vocalizer voice package and installed the
authorization/installation key. However I cannot get the either of the
two voices I downloaded to speak. Whenever I click on either of them I'm
referred back to windoweyes for information about purchasing the voices. My
purchase was confirmed. Anyone else had a similar problem?
