Unfortunately this is not a Window-Eyes issue. If the Qube isn't launching you may want to consider going on to the Twitter web site and posting a tweet to Quortizer Projects asking for help. I've done this before and they have replied very quickly.
If you want to remove the Qube, download the setup file, and run it again, that too might be a faster way to get this fixed. On the topic of tweeting, if you follow Quortizer they are very good about following you in return. Then They will be notified when questions for support are tweeted.
