Hi Bill,

Now that you can get my emails, here is one that I thought sounded like
pretty good advice if yhou could do what he suggests.

Obviously one does not want to be compromised by hackers and viruses.

So what do you think?

Edward

Thanks for this morning's assistance.

Subject: Headsup! I know of 4 computers hit by this rootkit! List of what to
do to protect your computer!

Aloha to all,

This is a reminder to be very careful when clicking on OK when using your
computer.
You may be saying yes to a malicious software.
In an email--
do not open a file ending with . exe!
If the file ends with (dot blank) (. )--
Do not open it!!!!

When on a website and you are told that you need to update your Adobi
flash player do not click on the link given!
Instead go directly to the Adobi website.
Here is the link:

Another common method to infect you is to alert you that you need an
update for the codex for watching a video on the web.
Unless you are on a secure website, do not update the codex!

This baby is resistant to almost all security systems, and once infected
it disables your security. You won't be able to run most of your own
software, and again, only you can stop the infection! by not clicking on
the OK message!

Bottom line, think before you click!
And when in doubt-- Don't click!

Be careful out there.
The bad guys are out to get your computer!

I'll leave you with this last thought.
If you think you can click on any OK message, because you have a good
security system, well, dream on.
