Hello John

>From the inbox try to press shift+tab to get to the folder list.

When you have a folder highlighted, inbox for example, press the context
menu key.

Arrow down to new folder and press the enter key.

When you give your new folder a name, tab to the place in option. From
there you can move around with the arrow keys to determine where you
want the new folder to be.

Subject: making a new folder (or contact) in Outlook 2010

I want to make a new folder in mi inbox. Unfortunately, I can't figure
out how to get to it in Outlook 2010. I hit alt-F to get into file but
can't find the create new... or words to that effect.

Can anyone give me a hand?

Thanks.
