Sorry I thought it was clear when I specified "text" versus links. It is only reading the LINKS on the web page but not the main content TEXT.
Someone emailed me and suggested using control-shift-a but that did not accomplish anything. Also, just to be clear again, this is firefox 18.01 WE is reading fine in IE but hate using that browser.
