Dave, When Outlook is started just press Insert-C to open the WE Outlook calendar.. >From there you can view and create appointments or meetings. What I am trying to find is instructions on how to use Outlook calendar. I know somewhere on the gw micro website or in the online manual of WE there are directions how to do it but me and my sighted roommate can't find any information.
