Hi Brenda, The Window-Eyes hotkeys to navigate by line without skipping columns in a Word document is still Alt-Period for next line and Alt-Comma for previous line. I just tested the hotkeys using Window-Eyes 8, Microsoft Word 2010 and a document with two columns and I was able to successfully navigate from the first column to the second column using Alt-Period. On a related note, you can also use Read To End (Control-Shift-R) to read a Word document in the proper order with respect to columns. I hope you find this information helpful. Feel free to contact our technical support department if you are unable to get this to work on your computer.

Alt , and Alt . don't seem to work. The only way I can get to column 2 is to go to the end of page one and at the beginning of page 2 hit CNTRL right arrow. Thanks in advance for remeinding me how to move in columns in Word 2010. Brenda W-E 8, Windows 7/64, Word 2010 If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
