Hi Kimsan,
You can do what you want by using the app called voice roter.
how to
alt plus the letter a
hit v
until you hear voice roter. and enter
If you don't have voice roter, go  to app manager and turn it on.
If you don't have voice roter, then alt plus letter a arrow down once and enter on app central downwload and install voice roter.
Once you have voice roter running
to hear the hot keys click on hotkey manager.
Now use the hot key to switch voice
go to the  WE8 control panel
alt h
press s
arrow down once and enter
now tab to sound card and pick the one you want.
and make sure that you check to remember the speech settings and thenm save the settings now swich voices with the roter and repeat the above instruction for switching sound card and save your settings.for each voice.
