From what I can tell. Mine don’t work either. But from what I’m told. It is there. If you find out what to do, let me know. Thanks.

I hear the message “Window Client Area".” This lands me in the Delivery Address box. However, when I type in the edit box or if I have a word document loaded with the correct address, the arrow keys won’t speak so I can’t review what is in the Delivery Address box. After some checking, I find that the mouse keys will speak the information. Why won’t the cursor keys work? It is the same for the Return Address Block. When I tab around and reach the Delivery Address and Return Address boxes, I get the message, “Window Client Area.”I have uninstalled and reinstalled the factory settings for Office 2010, but there is no change. The screewn is maximized. Redrawing the screen doesn’t work. Control+Alt+C finds the cursor but doesn’t change anything. It has worked properly in the past, so I don’t have much more to go on.
