We have had problems using the Schwan's website to order products for
years. At one time, it was easy to use the site. Then they did a whole
new upgrade (downgrade) to accessibility. At that time, it was
impossible to order anything online and we complained to our
door-to-door representative. Things got better. My husband still had
problems with the site when he searched for specific product
information. He still orders products by calling the 800 number. I've
been able to order things but it was not easy and it takes a lot of
time. I wish we could go back to the good old days when you could just
order a lot of things by using your favorites and then order new
products fairly easily. I still really like most of the products. At
least that has not changed.

I haven't used this site. However, Have any of you used the letter B
to find buttons on the page? I ask because by default, I often use the
Tab key like everyone else does rather than L or B for links or buttons.

I just placed my Schwan's order. And, while I couldn't seem to
find the add to cart button when using the tab key, I didn't have
any problem finding it when using the down arrow key.

I'm curious to know, is it an issue with window-eyes, or with the
site? In most instances, I, at least, can no longer find
add-to-cart links or buttons. Has anyone else noticed this? If
so, you might want to write to Schwans, as shopping there used to
be very accessible.
Thanks.
Kathy.
