If you have either Open Book or K1000, they have utilities that will
perform OCR and read the document to you. Basically, you need to have
OCR done on the document in order to read it on your PC.

Subject: What to do with a scanned pdf

Hey guys,

I got a pdf from a friend of mine, only 1 problem, it's scanned.
I remember there was a solution to convert them on some web sight, but I
forgot what it is, or does someone have the ability to convert it?

Thanks,
Jed
