Ivona voices seem to be available from the Ivona website at http://www.ivona.com/us/for-you/
They have something they describe as the IVONA Accessibility Package for Windows. The site language isn't especially clear, but the purchase price seems to be $99. I'm thinking about ordering this, but will probably email them to confirm compatibility and price.
