I also have noticed that the tab key seems to be in a place independent
of the arrows when in browse mode. Since I can't duplicate the problem
consistently I just thought it was another quirk of my computer. It is a
little annoying though since I've become used to using the tab key to
quickly move around a page, but now I just use the link command instead
so I don't lose my place.

behaviour I don't know if it is by accident or design.
When in browse mode, I can go to the end of the page. We says We says bottom.
If I press the tab key We says No Link or Control. Personally this is OK.
now if I am on any element of a page, link, button, doesn't matter, and press
the tab key We will go into the address field and continuing to press the tab
key We will go to the menu bars, open tabs list, favourites, etc.
We did behave this way when out of browse mode which is OK, probably because I
was used to it. If I have browse mode on, I prefer if WE would just say no more
link or controls.
