Hi

I am not too skilled at using this computer thing, but with outlook 10 I
have found a few things. I have found that you can hit alt then you have
two choices. The first is to use the arrow keys and can move along until you
get what, then arrow down to what it is you want to do. The second choice
is when you are home use the tab key to move along another ribbon. Again
when you get to what you want you can arrow down. Using the arrow or the
tab and then arrowing has helped me to find the things I was use to in
outlook 7. I found this also works in other office 10 programs. Hope this
helps.

In outlook 2010 the options are no longer in tools, and in fact tools is
gone -- check the ribbon go one to the left of home and you should see what
you are looking for.

Your life is like a penny. You're going to lose it. The question is:
How do
you spend it?
