Hi Ivan,
If Duyahn's config suggestion worked for you, than leave well enough
alone and be happy.
However, if your boot up time is still slow, then download
autorun here:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902
after you download
press window key e
enter on your c drive
enter on your program file folder
create a new folder and name it not installed
and paste in this folder autorun and unzip
now find the
autoruns.exe
and run it.
you will have a list of programs that are running at start up which do
not show up in msconfig.
Do not be shocked to find over 200 entries listed!
Now be very careful
only delete what you are sure you do not need on boot-up.
When in doubt don't!
right click on an entry and you can delete or you can google for more info.
When I started I saved that file just in case I needed to revert back to
the original state of affairs.
I have a quad core and my reboot time is a minute and a half until I
hear WE8 again.
If I log off it takes 20 seconds until I hear WE8 again.

I created a shorcut for autorun by doing the following:
In the autorun folder highlight autorun.exe
now right click or press context key and
press s to create shortcut
now press control x
now press window key d
now paste short cut to your desktop with control v
press context key
then the letter r
tab to short cut
I use control alt 2, but you should use
the letter a
for autorun if your control alt a is not taken already.

Good luck, Manny
